The Art of Glass Painting with Joseph Cavalieri

from $250.00

Dates: April 22–26, 2026 (5 Day Intensive)
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily (1 Hour lunch break)
Cost: $850 (all materials and instruction included)

Join visiting artist Joseph Cavalieri for an immersive stained-glass workshop exploring the art of painting with light. Throughout the week, you’ll experiment with premixed enamels to paint, airbrush, pen, and silk-screen designs onto glass before kiln firing your pieces. No prior painting experience is required. Students will trace images and build confidence through guided, hands-on practice.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll create your own 6x6-inch stained-glass panel, learning how to copper foil and solder your pieces together for a professional finish. Joseph will also share his expertise in framing, lighting, and art marketing, along with valuable insights from his international artist residencies.

The techniques taught in this class can be applied to both stained glass panels and mosaics, making it an inspiring opportunity for artists of all levels to expand their creative skill set.
